Our sustainability work

At House of People, sustainability is an integral part of our operations. We work continuously to reduce our environmental impact through energy-efficient solutions, sustainable building materials, and responsible waste management. Our ambition is to offer a conference experience that is not only inspiring but also respectful of our planet.

The building has been renovated using eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and improved insulation. Electricity and water consumption are optimized, and many surfaces feature recycled or certified materials.

The in-house restaurant, Seasons, focuses exclusively on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Here, food and drinks reflect the rhythm of the year — from spring’s first harvest to autumn’s bounty. The kitchen’s philosophy is centered on reducing food waste, maximizing nutritional value, and using ingredients with the lowest possible climate impact.
